Earliest check in is 2.00pm. Latest check in is 9.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Cancelation:

30+ days prior arrival: 90% refund, or 100% credit for 12 months.

30-15 days prior arrival: 50% refund, or 100% credit for 6 months.

14-8 days prior arrival: No refund, or date change at 50% credit.

7 days prior arrival: No refund.

Early departures or change of number of guests prior arrival as above.

Cleaning & Breakage Fee:

Our cottages are fully self-catering—no cleaning service is included.

Please leave the cottage as you would like to find it.

Brooms are provided for a final quick sweep at the end of your stay—we appreciate it.

Dishwashing liquid, dish towels, and matches are provided.

Please report any breakages, payment will be appreciated.
